Dominik Walkowski is an adwokat and a partner heading the firm's Environmental Law Practice. He is also a member of the M&A and Corporate Practice.
He handles mainly Polish, EU and international environmental protection matters, particularly concerning the legal conditions for development of real estate, environmental impact assessment and environmental aspects of mining. He deals with issues of liability of companies and boards for violation of environmental regulations and for environmental harm. His experience also includes issues of public international law, particularly international environmental law and the law of the sea.
Dominik Walkowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (2004), where he also earned a degree in international relations (majoring in European law, economy and culture) in 2003 and completed doctoral studies at the Department of Public International Law and International Organisations.
He is a member of the American Society of International Law and the European Society of International Law.
He is the co-author of Legal Risks in M&A Transactions (Warsaw 2013) and Environmental Law in M&A and Real Estate Transactions (Warsaw 2014), published by LexisNexis Polska in cooperation with Wardynski & Partners.
Dominik Walkowski is a member of the Wielkopolska Bar.
