Vladimir Simic, currently works at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Mining and Geology, academic level: BSc, MSc and PhD. He is specialised in clay and zeolite geology (Slovakia April-June 2003), GIS coal database (Mongolia July-August 2007), coal deposits of Russia (Russia June 2010).
His research objectives are: geology of industrial minerals and rocks, coal geology, exploration methods in Economic geology, analytical methods in economic geology, mineral resources and environmental protection, geochemistry of industrial minerals and rocks and modelling of mineral deposits. Also consulting services (data acquisition, preparation and team work in auditing of mineral deposits) to numerous domestic and foreign companies.
Vladimir Simic has 24 years of experience in exploration of mineral deposits. He participated in several projects, lately "sustainable aggregate resources management ( SARMa project)".
