Lari Shanlang Tiewsoh obtained his Master of Technology and Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in the field of Mining Engineering. Currently he is a PhD student in Vysoká ŝkola bánská - Technická univerzita Ostrava in the Czech Republic and is working on the topic of Energy Policy in India. He is assisting Prof. Guenter Tiess with several past and present projects related to the field of Minerals Policy.
Field of interest:
His broad field of interests are on the field of energy policies and energy security of the developing countries. He is also interested in the forecasting of trends (demand, production, prices, etc) which are necessary for the discussion of policies and/or securities. His current work is on Energy Policy discussion of India and plans to extend the discussion to all the developing and developed countries.
