Talat N. Kengerli, Doctor in geological-mineralogical sciences
Graduated from geological-geographical faculty of Azerbaijan State University (1971). Doctor in geological-mineralogical sciences (2010).

Since 2001 he has been working in Geology Institutes. Head of the department "Geotectonics and regional geology".

Field of research: geotectonics, natural resources, ecology, regional geology, geodynamics, geophysics.

He has more than 70 scientific works.
